On November 8, 2026, the AGN Macaulay Youth Ministry will host SOZA (Sounds of Zion), a concert of spoken word, music, and worship under the theme The Awakening. It will take place at the Restoration Centre in Macaulay, Bonny Island.
What is SOZA about?
Every once in a while, we all need a night that pulls us out of the noise of everyday life: the deadlines, the worries, the endless scrolling. A night where we stop, breathe, and remember who we are and who God is.
That’s what SOZA is meant to be. Our young people have been preparing for it, praying over it, and pouring their hearts into it. Expect:
- Spoken word that speaks to the soul
- Music that lifts the room
- Worship that draws us closer to God
- An encounter with Him that leaves you changed
This is not a show to sit back and watch. It is a gathering where everyone in the room is invited to take part.
Why “The Awakening”?
An awakening is what happens when something that was asleep comes alive again: a faith that went quiet, a hope that grew tired, a passion that faded. Maybe that describes you right now. Maybe you are simply hungry for more of God. Either way, this night is for you.
