AGN Macaulay Welcomes District Superintendent, Rev. Anderson Tamunokonbia Genesis

There are moments in church life that leave lasting memories, and the recent visit of our District Superintendent, Rev. Anderson Tamunokonbia Genesis, was certainly one of them.

The entire AGN Macaulay family was filled with excitement as we gathered to receive him with open hearts. It wasn’t just about welcoming a guest—it was about honouring a servant of God whose leadership and commitment continue to strengthen the work of God across the Bonny (Overseas) District.

From the very moment he arrived, the atmosphere was full of joy and celebration. Our women, together with our Pastor’s wife, warmly received him, setting the tone for what became a truly memorable day. The Youth Department also expressed their excitement with a cheerful reception, while the Royal Rangers added colour to the occasion with a dignified honour parade.

Every smile, handshake, song, and word of welcome reflected one thing: a church family grateful for the privilege of hosting its District Superintendent.

More than the colourful reception, his visit gave us another opportunity to worship together, strengthen our fellowship, and receive encouragement in God’s presence. It reminded us of the beauty of unity within the body of Christ and the blessings that come when believers gather with one heart and one purpose.

As a church, we are thankful for the time Rev. Anderson Tamunokonbia Genesis shared with us. His visit brought encouragement, strengthened our fellowship, and left us inspired to remain faithful in the work God has committed into our hands.

We pray that the Lord will continue to uphold him with wisdom, strength, and abundant grace as he leads and serves His people.

Thank you, Sir, for visiting AGN Macaulay. We are honoured to have welcomed you, and we look forward to many more moments of fellowship together.

To God alone be all the glory.
